These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw to win a limited edition ORLO Copenhagen 2021 watch. The draw is published and promoted by Happy Copenhagen whose registered office is at HC Andersen’s Boulevard 27, 1553 Copenhagen, Denmark.
- The competition runs until 1700 CET on Friday 20 August 2021.
- On Saturday 21 August 2021, Happy Copenhagen will draw two names at random from the eligible entries in the prize draw. The first name drawn will be offered the prize. The second name drawn will be an alternative in case the first winner does not respond, or declines to accept.
- The winner must respond to the notification email by 1700 on Tuesday 24 August 2021 or the prize will be offered to the alternative winner.
- To enter, the participant agrees to be subscribed to the Copenhagen 2021 newsletter from which they can unsubscribe at any time.
- The participant also agreed that their name and email address will be provided to ORLO for the purposes of marketing and agree to receive one email from ORLO.
- Employees, interns and volunteers of Happy Copenhagen, Copenhagen Pride, Pan Idræt, InterPride and EGLSF are not eligible to enter the competition.
- There is no alternative prize in cash or any other format.
- Happy Copenhagen may ask winners to send a photo or selfie of themselves wearing the watch but this is optional.
- Any person who contacts info@copenhagen2021.com may request the country of the winner but no other information or personal data will be provided.
- All subscriber data is held in accordance with Happy Copenhagen’s Privacy Policy.
