We are looking for a volunteer who wants to be involved in planning and running events in connection with the Rainbow Alliance events.
The Rainbow Alliance is Copenhagen 2021’s partner alliance where partners meet to strengthen the work for COpenhagen 2021
The Rainbow Alliance brings together a wide range of actors and collaborators, each contributing with their specific skills to ensure the right for everyone – regardless of who you are and who you love – to be included in society and experience equal rights as anyone else.
You will work closely with the staff of Copenhagen 2021 and you will gain experience with a wide range of tasks.
Your tasks will be:
? Event development (15 events from March 2020 – September 2021)
? Event planning (speakers, invitations, registrations)
? Running of Event (installation, sound, light, catering, public service, administration)
?Video and SoMe (collaboration with film team and SoMe consultant)
? Building Community, primarily business partners, cultural institutions and the LGBTI+ community.
We don’t want to ask a lot of about who you are or what you’re doing.
The most important thing for us is that you have the time and the dedication to get involved in this project and that you want to help organize the best events for the Rainbow Alliance partners.
We are looking for an assistant who can work one day a week + 1 extra for events. We have one event planned each month except for July.
Note that the job is voluntary and therefore unpaid.
If you are interested, please contact us with a brief description of who you are, your motivation for joining as well as CV. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
All contact should be made to Volunteer Coordinator Nicolai Kehling at volunteer@copenhagen2021.com.
We are looking forward hearing from you and eventually welcoming you in the team!
