We are excited to fund a limited number of Human Rights Forum scholarships for LGBTI+ activists and leaders within LGBTI+ organisations, resident in the European Union. Scholarships will cover flights and accommodation from 15-22 August.
Scholarship recipients will be invited to take part in the UN Opening Plenary, the Human Rights Conference and the Refugees, Borders & Immigration Summit in Malmö amongst other events.
At this stage, people residing in non-EU countries cannot be considered for the scholarships due to travel restrictions and quarantine obligations. Within the limitations we are confronted with, we are nevertheless doing what we can to guarantee physical and digital participation from our community from all over the world.
We are following all government guidelines related to the pandemic and are constantly observing the situation. You can read our full COVID19 information here.
Applications closed on Monday 14 June. If you applied, you can expect to hear from us before the end of June.
