23 April 2021
Earlier today the report of an expert group to the Danish government was published. We have noted the content of the expert group’s report on recommendations for the gradual reopening of Denmark, and we are greatly encouraged by their opinion that major events can take place without restrictions once everyone in Denmark has been offered their first vaccine, currently scheduled for the end of June.
If Denmark’s vaccine roll-out has been delayed the time of our event, the regulations may include limiting the number of people in a certain area, or dividing audiences into groups.
Whilst we await the final decision – expected to be before Friday 30 April – we will begin to finalise our plans for WorldPride and EuroGames in August and will make a further statement once the regulations that will be in place have been confirmed.
