The Half Marathon took place on Friday 20 August 2021 at Amager Beach Park in Copenhagen.

Copenhagen 2021 organised the competitions in cooperation with Pan Idræt’s Running team, Copenhagen Frontrunners, International Frontrunners and the Danish running and athletic organization, Sparta.
