« Odyssey for equality » is an international project aiming at defining how the workplace should look like for LGBTIQA+ in 2031.
Close your eyes and fast forward to 2031. Lead by L’Autre Cercle, 100 volunteers from 21 countries and 5 continents, representatives of 15 companies, and 18 LGBTIQA+ organizations brainstormed under the guidance of L’Autre Cercle leaders. 6 teams were defined and worked on 6 different topics during monthly workshops from January to July 2021.
