These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw to win a pair of Lola Ramona x Copenhagen 2021 shoes or trainers. The draw is published and promoted by Happy Copenhagen whose registered office is at HC Andersen’s Boulevard 27, 1553 Copenhagen, Denmark.
- The competition runs until 1700 CET on Friday 30 April 2021.
- In week commencing Monday 3 May 2021, Happy Copenhagen will draw five names at random from the eligible entries in the prize draw. The first name drawn will be offered the choice of product. The second name drawn will win the remaining product. The three remaining names will be alternatives in case either of the winners does not respond, or declines to accept.
- The Lola Ramona sneakers are only available up to European size 42. If a winner requires a larger size, an alternative product will be offered at Lola Ramona’s discretion.
- Winners must respond to the notification email by Monday 10 May 2021 or the prize will be offered to the next alternative winner.
- To enter, the participant agrees to be subscribed to the Copenhagen 2021 newsletter from which they can unsubscribe at any time.
- The participant also agreed that their name, location and email address will be provided to Lola Ramona for the purposes of marketing. They can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- Employees, interns and volunteers of Happy Copenhagen, Copenhagen Pride, Pan Idræt, InterPride and EGLSF are not eligible to enter the competition.
- There is no alternative prize in cash or any other format.
- Happy Copenhagen may ask winners to send a photo or selfie of themselves with the shoes but this is optional.
- Any person who contacts info@copenhagen2021.com may request the country of the winner but no other information or personal data will be provided.
- All subscriber data is held in accordance with Happy Copenhagen’s Privacy Policy.
